Pineapple - Mango - Coconut Smoothie Bowl
So it sounds like a Tropical Vacation in a smoothie bowl... and that is exactly what it tastes like. I made this bowl right when I started to get sick, because I really needed this boost of Vitamin C! This is honestly one of the most delicious fruit combos I have ever tried. I didn't use exact measurements, and you can adjust the amounts based on what you like.
It's simple - throw all these ingredients into a blender, pour into the bowl, and finish off with toppings. And the best part is that there are only four core ingredients! I used:
- This coconut / almond milk
- Pinapple
- Mango
- Banana
And for the toppings, I did Kiwi, Coconut Shavings, Raspberries, and this blueberry-vanilla granola.
I used half a pineapple, One mango and a half, two bananas, and one cup of milk. The less coconut-almond milk you use, the thicker your smoothie bowl will be, so you can adjust it based on your preferences.
