SUMMER 14 DAY CHALLENGE

This 14 day challenge is perfect for beginners and for anyone looking to get back into the habit of working out. If you have been down in a slump, stuck in a rut, and just can’t seem to get yourself up and get the ball rolling, this is exactly what you need. For this challenge, we start out more gentle, and work our way up to more intense routines. We have lazy girl workouts sprinkled in to give you a nice between workout days.
